Your order will only be legally binding when you enter all of your personal contact information and click the "confirmation" button on the order confirmation page. You will receive order confirmation as soon as your order has been processed. The sales agreement will be valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two (2) weeks, you are no longer legally bound to purchase the goods ordered.
Shipping times frames stated on the website are only estimates. When your order is received a confirmation email is sent to your email address. When your order is despatched another email is sent to you confirming the despatch date.

We try our utmost to find the best postage rates that are available to us. If you feel that we could do better please contact us with your suggestion, we will be more than happy to review it. Sometimes the checkout basket will over-calculate or under-calculate the postage cost. You will be informed if this happens and you will be given the choice to cancel or proceed with the order once you have been told the amended postage cost.
If you live in the highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or are an international customer you will incur a postage surcharge, we will contact you when your order is ready to despatch to confirm your postage cost. THIS COST WILL BE FIXED AND WILL NOT CHANGE. All the postage costs on our website are based on mainland UK delivery address. Any other destinations will be subject to a surcharge.

If you have a faulty product that is still within the manufacturers guarantee period then please follow the steps below :-
1. Contact us before returning your item to us. We can then discuss your problem send you a return form either by email , fax or post. We will also suggest the best method for you to return the item/items to us.
2. Include a short letter describing the fault in as much detail as possible, a copy of your receipt and any contact details.
**Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability. Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on the customer to take reasonable care of the goods.**
We will refund you the value of your item within 30 days of receiving the returned item 30-Day Returns Guarantee.
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. The item/items must be unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. Some products are exempt, and can not be returned after processing of your order has begun. Examples include goods made to your specifications or modified from the manufacturers original specifications by your request. These include, but are not limited to, arrow shafts cut to your length, fletching of arrows, some custom made bows and custom made bowstrings. DVD’s may not be returned it the seal has been broken.
Postage Liability Costs (UK ONLY)
If your item is delivered faulty or needs warranty work within 30 days, we will also refund your return postage costs. (The postage method and costs must must be agreed in advance with us before despatch). If the items require service after 30 days then you will be responsible for the cost to return the item to us, and we will cover the cost of the shipping of the repaired/replaced item back to you.
Warranty Information for International Orders
While most products shipped abroad are trouble free, warranty service is occasionally required.For any international orders Heritage Longbows Ltd will not cover shipping expenses for the return of goods or the sending out of replacement goods. The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Please consider this when ordering if you are outside the United Kingdom. Please also consider that it is a likely requirement of the manufacturer that faulty goods be sent back to the place of purchase. Some manufacturers will want to handle claims directly you will be informed if that is the case.
Customers outside Mainland UK (including overseas)
Do to the different weights, sizes and shapes of archery equipment your shopping basket may not calculate the correct shipping costs for orders outside a Mainland UK address. (E.G. Highland & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or other international destinations.)

Please allow up fifteen (15) working days for delivery, most items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after receipt of order. We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached. Delivery rates quoted are applicable to mainland UK deliveries only. International deliveries, deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands or non mainland UK addresses may incur an extra charge.
Our couriers will attempt up to two (2) deliveries at the original delivery rate. If any subsequent delivers are attempted this will incur an additional delivery charge.
If you receive a parcel which is damaged, please mark “Damaged” on the delivery note when signing for the parcel.
If you sign for the goods “in good condition” ( the damage has not been recorded) we cannot lodge a claim with the courier for the contents. If this is the case Heritage Longbows Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damages.
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of “Heritage Longbows Ltd” until paid for in full.
Hopefully you will never need to submit a complaint, but we understand that orders can go wrong. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service please tell us about it. We can’t improve our service if you do not tell us.
